 Students are to analyze and ddress the issues in this case.   

 

Written Case Instructions :

The written case study will allow you the opportunity to evaluate the situation in the case and propose recommendations for improvement. The analysis should look deeply into the case and identify important components addressing organization behavior and solutions to make improvements.
Outcomes:

  1. Use the tools and theories discussed in the course and texts to address and evaluate the situation.  In addition, please do not provide a general description of the case for the benefit of the reader.  Assume it is not needed as I have already read the case. Your focus here will be key. Be sure to look at the various approaches/tools/concepts identified in the text and bring them to bare on the problems and issues.
  2. Provide a set of recommendations to move the situation forward to a positive outcome.
  3. The evaluation should be between 4 to 6  pages (double spaced) and illustrate your ability to work with the organization behavior tools and concepts in the texts. The assignment grading rubric is used for this assignment.
